Wave Info consists of the following files:

WAVEINFO.EXE     The main executable
WAVEINFO.HLP     This help file
BWCC.DLL         Borland's custom control library.

To install, put all these files into your Windows directory and create
an icon in the Program Manager for WAVEINFO.EXE.

Note: If you have a copy of BWCC.DLL that is more recent than the one
included in the Wave Info distribution, use that copy rather than the
one we provide.

You need Windows 3.1 to run Wave Info, since it requires both the
Multimedia extensions and the SHELL.DLL File Manager
interface.
