July 1991 - v1.00   Initial Release

August 1991 - v1.01 Two bugs fixed:
                     Invalid return code for blocking timeouts;
                     Switching from blocking mode to non-blocking could
                     lose a thread currently blocked.  

Oct 1991 - v1.02    One Bug fix, One enhancement:
                     Internal buffer overflows would mess up the byte
                     count.  Closing the device will now cause an automatic
                     reset on the MPU device (for error handling).  Added
                     some (minimal) documentation on the utility programs

Nov 1992 - v1.03   Enhanced for OS/2 2.0, to coexist with DOS programs
