Changes to SBTimbre

-- Version 2.60

92.11.07 Added MIDI Modulation control. Renamed the configuration
file to SBTMB.INI to circumvent problems that may arise
with older versions. Changed the default FM Address to
         388 hex.

-- Version 2.58

92.10.23 We now allow 8 different wave forms for OPL3 cards.

-- Version 2.56

92.10.15 Added Support for OPL3 chips. Reworked the configuration
         and Control Panel dialogs.

-- Version 2.52

92.09.12 More MIDI fixes. Made the Play option diatonic with an
         accidental thrown in occasionally.

-- Version 2.51

92.09.03 Fixed some problems associated with Sound Blaster MIDI.
Removed unused "Chord Channel" option from Control Panel.

-- Version 2.50

92.08.20 Added Sound Blaster MIDI Support. Works on any version of the
Sound Blaster ROM. MIDI Out/Thru is only available on ROM
         versions 2.0+, however.

-- Version 2.20

92.07.15 Added Control Panel to allow changing of runtime options. It
allows changing of Volume, Key shift, and Bend Range for the
FM Card driver. If a MIDI interface is installed, it allows
control over MIDI Out and Thru, as well as channel assignments.

-- Version 2.10

92.07.04 Added Play Command. This option plays 1/f melodies to allow hands
free editing. In addition, it allows auditioning of timbres from
         the IBK list box.

-- Version 2.03

92.05.27 Renamed Recover command to Restore. Changed the Copy and Paste
keyboard mapping to comply with CUA.

-- Version 2.02

92.05.26 Revised the Copy scheme. We now do a copy to a clipboard
buffer, that can be pasted into the current window. Recover
uses the same concept, but a different buffer. We now display
the timbre names stored in the buffers. Disabling of commands
is now more sophisticated and correct.

-- Version 2.01

92.05.25 Reversed the values for Sustain Level -- it had been displaying
an attenuation level -- it now displays a positive level 0 - 15
