OK everybody, here's what we've been waiting for. If you've followed the 
discussion in the Monologue threads recently you saw that to fix the volume 
problem (being set to 50%) you need to have Microsoft's wave mapper driver 
installed.

I've uploaded it to the lib here (with MS's ok<g>, they encourage distribution
of it now) as a zip file. It has the msacm.drv file, plus another support file,
a readme, and an oemsetup.inf file. Install it by using the drivers applett in
Control Panel.

Note, this is version 1.0a, and as the readme states, this is not supposed to
be "quality" code, and a new version 2 will be released in a couple of weeks.
This leaves the question that the reason wave mapper solves our Monologue
volume problem could be a bug in the mapper! When v2.0 is released we'll have
to experiment<g>.
