It's tiny at under 5Kb because it's written in pure assembler. If you're using Clocky you'll probably be able to remove a bunch of other Auto folder programs and accessories performing similar tasks and save some memory. Scripter Plug-ins These plugs in work with Scripter, a commercial product by ASH and the freeware Simple Script 2 programmed by Mark Wherry.
