RS232 Configuration program 21 Jan 1995 Having recently obtained Ghostlink, an excellent utility which allows you to link a PC to your Atari and use the PC as a slave, I found that the ST was not defaulting to a baud rate which was compatible. I found that the rate 19200 gave the best result. So I needed a program, just a simple one, to give me the opportunity of changing the RS232 configuration. Here is the result. Actually this only sets the flow control off (default anyway) and the baud rate to 19200 unless you select otherwise. The program whould be placed in an AUTO folder. By pressing either the left or right shift key whilst the program loads and runs you can select a rate to use. Just letting the program run will result in 19200 being used. If there is demand (I somehow doubt it!) and perhaps with financial reward (doubt increases!) I may change the program so that you can change the default value. Have fun.
