HPrint attributes in IdeaList@

- ABold@
- BLight@ (Depends on printer characteristics; can be assigned as desired)
- DItalic@
- HUnderlined@
- PSuperscript@ (May not work with very small fonts and needs an extra
                  blank line above for spacings closer than 8 lines/inch)
- `Subscript@  (May not work with fonts of 20cpi-sub or 8pt and smaller 
                  as characters are not dropped below baseline)

Combinations are also possible: MBold + italic + underlined@

Each new attribute switches off all previous attributes:
HFirst underlined Athen boldH and underlined once more.@           

As an example of using other control codes in IdeaList

H`2@O or H`2@SO`4@ or (x+3)P2@
are instances of super and subscripts.

DThe attributes also remain
set in the next line, column 
or page, until they are  
switched off.@
