Products for non-commercial use

Cybercube Research Limited (hereinafter "Cybercube") warrants to the original
purchaser of this product from a Cybercube authorized distributor or dealer
that this product, including all of its Cybercube authorized parts and
accessories, is free of defects in material and workmanship, provided any
failure to conform to this warranty is reported in writing or the product is
returned together with proof of purchase date to Cybercube or a Cybercube
authorized dealer within one (1) year after date of purchase.

Products for commercial use

In the event that this Cybercube product or Cybercube authorized part and
accessory is used for commercial or industrial purposes, Cybercube warrants
that such product or its authorized parts and accessories are free of defect in
material and workmanship, provided any failure to conform to this warranty is
reported in writing or the product is returned together with proof of purchase
date to Cybercube or to a Cybercube authorized dealer within six (6) months
after the date of purchase.

/// What Cybercube will do to correct problems

In the event of defect in material or workmanship occuring within the time
period stated above, Cybercube will repair, or at its option replace, within a
reasonable period of time, the product or any Cybercube authorized part or
accessory discovered to be defective in workmanship or materials.

/// What is not covered by this Warranty

This warranty does not cover damage or defects caused by or resulting from
repairs, service or alterations to this product or any of its parts or
accessories which have been performed by unauthorized service centers or
repairmen, or damage or defects caused by negligence, accident, abuse, misuse,
improper or abnormal usage or maintenance, or improper installation of the
product, its parts or accessories. Ordinary wear and tear shall not be
considered a defect in workmanship or material.

/// EXCLUSION OF OTHER WARRANTIES

THE FOREGOING WARRANTY IS THE SOLE WARRANTY OFFERED BY CUBERCUBE. CYBERCUBE
DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTIES WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCT, AND
ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS LIMITED
IN ITS DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS WRITTEN LIMITED WARRANTY.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES THE
REMEDIES DESCRIBED ABOVE ARE YOUR SOLE REMEDIES IN THE EVENT OF ANY BREACH OF
THE WARRANTY PROVIDED ABOVE. CYBERCUBE DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL LIABILITY,
CONSEQUENTIAL OR OTHER DAMAGES, WHETHER BASED ON BREACH OF CONTRACT, TORT,
STRICT OR PRODUCTS LIABILITY OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights
which vary from Province/State to Province/State. Some Provinces/States do not
allow limitation or exclusion of implied warranties; therefore, these
limitations and exclusions may not apply to you.
