However, the highest rendering resolution has been limited to 320x200. The full versions support up to 1280x960 (INTRO) or 4096x4096 (1.02 or 2.0) @ 24-bit. Also, the maximum number of points supported by the scene and object editors has been set to 1000 points. The full versions support as many points as may fit into your memory (including FastRAM and virtual memory). The full versions also come with extra features, improved rendering performance, a comprehensive 150 page manual, a multitude of predefined patterns and surface maps as well as ready-to-use images. So basically what you need is a machine with at least 4 MB of RAM, which has become more and more a standard nowadays. Next, you need a screen mode that supports at least 640x480 in 16 colors (e.g TT-Medium) to run InShape. To speed up the raytracing and rendering process, you will also need a floating point processor, FPU for short.
