Kandinsky may be freely distributed by PD/Shareware libraries. BBS and 
Mailbox distribution of the official archive labelled 'KAND203E.ZIP' is 
allowed and ID file/s may be added to the archive/header. The English 
on-line archive is maintained for anonymous ftp at:

language version of 'Kandinsky' and are protected under International
