 I acknowledge that Red Cat Rummy 500+ is a commercial program and
 may not be copied or sold to any other person or party. Red Cat Rummy
 500+ is sold as is and in no event will Thomas J. Starace (JR) or YAM 
 Software be liable for any damages or loss of data that may be caused by 
 the use or inability to use the Red Cat Rummy 500+ program. Defective
 DISKS that become unreadable are under warranty for 30 days and can be 
 returned within the 30 days after purchase for an even exchange. If you 
 have a defective disk you may write to YAM Software for a RETURN
 AUTHORIZATION Number. Returns without a Return Authorization will be
 refused. All sales are final and only even exchanges will be given with
 problem disks. This program has been thoroughly tested and every effort 
 has been made to make it bug free (Even while debugging with a ULTRA
 CUTE but teething baby). Problems with program code are not covered by
 warranty. It is advisable to make a backup of the Red Cat Rummy 500+ 
 master disk for your personal use only. By purchasing this program I 
 agree to the above statements.
