VOYAGER 3.1a LIGHT installation

The installation of the previous versions of VOYAGER 3 were difficult so
I wrote an installation program for this new version.
The process is very simple:

     - Run the INSTALL.PRG file

Now, you have two possibilities:
1) You install the program without a personal code ( you discover 
   this soft for the first time ). The path, the system folder and
   the help folder are on a (A:\) floppy disk.
   Without  a personnal code , the soft is limited for 15 minutes.
   You can't print or save files and it must be installed on a 
   floppy disk. The maximum setting date is 31-december-1994 without
   stars editing.

2) You install the program with your personal code ( To receive it,
   send me 100ff, 10œ, 30DM, 20 $ ..: [ Mr BAILLY Denis , 3 place de 
   la Pranziere  88310 CORNIMONT  FRANCE ]).
   You MUST write  name, adress, city,..  in all the fields. All the 
   caracters of your personal code must be respected.
   You can choose a new path on a floppy disk or a hard disk.

In any case :

   You can copy the disk content on a hard disk and define the paths,
   so the installation will be faster.

Set these options:
- language ( french-english-german )
- 3D interface ( only with a FALCON )
- Time zone ( UT-summer time- winter time) at the begining.
- number of comets
- number of asteroids
- number of displayed stars (2903 max)
- number of computes for curves
- install all or a part of files
These options may be set inside VOYAGER3

With a floppy disk installation, you must have a disk with 700 Ko free 
to istall all the files of the data source.
A next version of VOYAGER3 will be probably installed on several disks.
The installation process will be unmodified until the  program  ask for
a new disk.
