                          GEODESIC.PRG

This program was written for my love of the perfect symmetry
and beauty of geodesic domes. They have always interested me ever
since Bucminster Fuller initiated the necessary mathematics for
spherical triangles and made extensive efforts to establish the
concept in housing. As of yet I have never seen a program written
which is designed to ease the drudgery for designing Geodesics.
This program has been mainly written for that purpose, although
entertainment and education was an alterior motive.

A monochrome monitor is required on an Atari ST compatible
computer with at least 1 MB of memory. (More memory allows more
breakdown faces and better (larger) camera/movie displays.

This program is now able to print face lists and graphic
information to construct actual domes, as well as other
enhancements.

In this release I have only included 2 basic spherical solids...
icosahedron and octahedron. This is to promote you to experiment with
the program to develop any other sphere configurations you would like.

I think you will enjoy playing with this program, and your
children (??) can expand their understanding of three-dimensional
shapes as well as have fun creating different spheres. Enjoy.

Please send $25 for this program if you have not already done
so. Registered users will receive free future updates as they
become available. This program was written in GFA BASIC 3.5.

Thankyou for your interest. If you want other features I have not
thought of, please write and let me know.
