PMONITOR.ACC is a process monitor. With it you can watch program's
use of CPU time, their state changes, file reads and writes, memory
useage, etc., while they are executing. We used it during development
of PowerNet as a tool to examine how network and PowerDOS background 
tasks are running, their current resource useage, and so forth.
