STATNEWS

Syntax:
	STATNEWS [-et] [-o <outfile>]

STATNEWS prints information about the number of news groups and articles.
"-e" means "include empty news groups" (otherwise suppressed), and "-t"
means "total", just one line instead of one per group. "-o" lets you
redirect the output.
