MDBS

Syntax:
	MDBS
	
MDBS compiles the PATHS file (a text file) into a space- and time-
saving MDBS file in a binary format that can be understood by RMAIL.
(MDBS is for Mail DataBaSe.)

The names for PATHS and MDBS are taken from CONFIG.SYS, which is
way MDBS does not need options or parameters.

MDBS should be run whenever the PATHS file (probably with the
PATHALIA program) is updated, or RMAIL will use outdated routing
information.

The PATHS file can (and should!) have a cost field (option "-c" to
PATHALIA).
