IMPORTANT NOTE: If you have set your GEnie BREAK character to
ESCAPE then you will not be able enter flight.
You will have to change this to something else,
                (control C maybe).

** Version 0.1d **

1) The Menus are properly glued in place and not longer scroll
   into the great unknown.
2) The mouse pointer will not mess up the text on the screen. It
   does flicker more though.
3) A sitution which could cause the program to go into the conference
room (on a plane crash for example) without the host acknowledging
it has been made more robust.
4) The bug which caused practice mode to bomb when you tried to
jump to a different position has been fixed. (You cannot use
   jump in practice mode!)
5) A problem in the radio which could display a message twice has been
   fixed.
6) Error handling has been made more robust.

** Version 0.1c **

1) The radar mode bug which caused phantom planes to appear has
   been fixed.
2) A bug which caused tracking icons to be improperly located when
the targets are near the edge of the screen has been fixed.
3) A race-condition in the serial handler that caused la-bomba has
   been fixed.
4) The line-wrapper used by the radio has been corrected; in addition
the text display page shows the radio msgs in unbroken form.

** Version 0.1b **

1) Gunner mode seems to be fully functional now.
2) The radar mode has been reworked to be more readable. The
small planes are fighters the larger ones are bombers and
the X is you. The small black boxes at the top of
each sector represent the number of enemy planes (all types)
in that sector; the diamonds are friends.
3) Artwork files for planes now work... details one how to construct
them will be posted. You will need to have Degas Elite (or
somehow be able to create Degas .PC2 files) to build artwork.
4) A snapshot camera has been added to make constructing artwork files
easier and to preserve pictures of kills. Pressing Control Clr Home
will dump the screen in Degas uncompressed format to the file
awpic?.pi2 where the ? is a sequence number. The first pic in
a flight will be awpic0.pi2 the second awpic1.pi2 etc.
I have the code to dump a compressed picture also but I have
not had a chance to glue it in. This might be faster for
   floppy based systems.
5) Several additional key sequences are supported, see commands.txt.
The ability to remap keys will be added at some point in the
   near future.
6) The bug that caused the gunsight to disappear has been fixed.
7) The gunsight is now properly sized; the aspect ratio scaling
was incorrect in the previous version. The spread was also
incorrect so you should hit better.

** Known Problems **
-- The dialog boxes will eventually have cute little drawings instead
   of the fuji.
-- There is a possible bug the teraain database code which will cause
all the terrain to vanish. You must restart to get it back. This
problem HAS been seen on the ST (both the Mac and Amiga have it also).
We are still looking for the cause of this. If this condition happens
let us the conditions. Keep a lookout for "Point table overflow" and
   "Object table overflow" messages.
-- The sound effects are very basic, expect improvements in about one
month or so. We are investigating digitized sound.
-- Yes, I KNOW that the scroll in the terminal emulator is jumpy.
-- The High res B&W version is several months away.

                            Happy Hunting,
                            John
