                               FileSafe

FileSafe is a system for detecting when your files have been attacked by a
virus. It does this by creating a "signature" of each executable file on
your disk and its boot record and periodically comparing the current signature
to the original.

to create a file of signatures for the files in you current directory type
        A> FILESIG

to check these type
        A> CHKSIG
        A> TYPE FILESAFE.RPT

For complete instructions on using FileSafe see the user manual in file
FILESAFE.DOC. To print this file, turn on your printer and type
        A> COPY FILESAFE.DOC PRN
