To install this program:

1) Create a subdirectory on a hard drive or 720K+ floppy drive.  
   A subdirectory name of CAR is recommend, but not required.

2) With this CD-ROM directory current, type "CAR132 <dirname>", where 
   <dirname> is the drive and path of the subdirectory you created.
   Example:
                CAR132 C:\CAR

3) Read the READ.ME file in this new subdirectory.
