Printer definition file for WSSINDEX custom print utility

All lines of this file are comments until a line beginning ----.  After that,
alternate lines are comments and parameters.  See the CUSTPRNT documentation
for a description of the format allowed here.

Commands used:
\e ~ E 0 1 1   select IBM Proprinter mode
\e I 3         select 10 cpi Courier letter quality (lq) font
15             turn on compressed print (can't get lq in compressed mode)
\e S 0         turn on superscripting (to get smaller characters)
\e T           turn off superscripting
\e \3 27       8 lines per inch (27/216=1/8)
\e \3 18       12 lines per inch (18/216=1/12)
18             select 10 cpi
\e P 0         proportional spacing off

For wider box forming characters, use

I don't know what selecting superscript mode does to the number of charcters
per inch, so the widths for labels and covers may need to be adjusted.
