Printer definition file for WSSINDEX custom print utility

All lines of this file are comments until a line beginning ----.  After that,
alternate lines are comments and parameters.  See the CUSTPRNT documentation
for a description of the format allowed here.

Contributed by Alan G. Haddon, typed in by RWB.  No manual pages were included
with the contributed file, so I have made reasonable guesses as to the
meanings of the commands used here.

Commands used in this file:

  27 65 6 = \e A 6 = 6/72 inch line feed (12 lines per inch)
  27 94 = \e ^ = superscript mode (????)
  15 = compressed print
  27 65 9 = \e A 9 = 9/72 inch line feed (8 lines per inch)
  27 64 = \e @ = reset
