Printer definition file for WSSINDEX custom print utility

All lines of this file are comments until a line beginning ----.  After that,
alternate lines are comments and parameters.  See the CUSTPRNT documentation
for a description of the format allowed here.  This file was created from a
copy of one page from the LQ 850 manual; it has not been tested.

Commands used in this file:

  \e A 5 = 5/60 inch line feed (12 lines per inch)
  \e S 0 = superscript mode
  0xf or 15 = condensed print mode
