Printer definition file for WSSINDEX

All lines of this file are comments until a line beginning ----.  After that,
alternate lines are comments and parameters.  Printer control sequences and
other items (except for the printer name and label id string) are decimal
numbers, separated by commas or spaces.  The codes in this file are for a DEC
LA50 or LA100 dot matrix printer.

Codes used in this file:

  10 = line feed
  12 = form feed
  13 - carriage return
  27 91 52 119    = \e [ \4 w    = 16.5 character per inch
  27 91 50 122    = \e [ \2 z    = 8 lines per inch
  27 91 56 56 116 = \e [ \8 \8 t = 88 lines per page
  27 91 48 34 122 = \e [ \0 " z  = normal print density
