     Public Address version 3.10 is not compatible with versions prior
     to version 3.03.  If this is a registered version please refer to
     the instruction sheet on how to run the convert program to convert
     your old Public Address files.  If you have been evaluating a
     prior version of Public Address please refer to the VENDOR.DOC
     file to read about the new features in version 3.10.  When you
     decide to register you will be furnished with the convert
     program.

     INSTALLING PUBLIC ADDRESS
     ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
     1)   Copy all the file on this disk to a directory on your
          hard drive or you can run Public Address from this Floppy
          by simply typing PA and pressing your enter key.  I have
          also included a small install program that will create a 
          directory on your C drive named PA and copy all the file 
          from this disk to the directory.  No frills.  If you are
          going to be distributing this program as a Vendor or BBS
          please make a copy of it BEFORE you run it from this disk.
          It will create a configuration file when started that may
          be non-compatible with other users systems.

     2)   You can print the documentation be typing:  COPY *.DOC
          PRN at the DOS prompt or typing: PRINT *.DOC.  Make sure
          you are in the same drive and directory that Public Address
          was installed to when you do this.


     RUNNING PUBLIC ADDRESS
     ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
     1)   Type PA from the drive or directory Public Address was
          installed to.  READ THE MANUAL!!  Read ALL files with the
          extension DOC.  See #2 from above!

     NEW FEATURES SINCE VERSION 3.03
     ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
     I added the ability to pick which return address is the
     default from six.  And I also made it so that you can have
     different configurations for your laser printer or dot-matrix
     printer.  I again found a few more tricks to make it run a
     little faster.  I also moved the label number selection from
     the print menu to the configuration menu.  If your printer
     type is "L"aser you will be presented with the laser label
     selection screen otherwise you will get the "D"ot-matrix label
     selection screen.  I have also added the ability for Public 
     Address to assist employers with matching there employees
     for car pooling.  I found a few places where I could stream-line
     the code.  I was also able to make it easier at the same time.
     Every time you enter anything in the configuration it will
     automatically turn to upper case.  I also have improved the error
     checking a little too.  I added the ability to start printing from
     any position on a sheet of laser labels.

     The biggest difference is Public Address now supports tagging and
     copying records from one input file to another.  You can also
     turn off or on auto sorting, and auto duplicate deletion.

     Remember, Shareware is kept alive by YOUR support.  Register
     your Shareware today.  Read the file entitles REGISTER.DOC
