Added DEVICELAYER=FOSSIL|DIGIBOARD allowing MH to support FOSSIL drivers
  and DigiBoards utilizing the Universal Device Driver.

Added BATCHUPLOADS=Y|N allowing MH to call the file BATCHUPL.BAT after 
  each upload.  This allows for file virus checking.
