   Hello There!  Thank you for giving pE a try.

   You can close this file (and Window) by pressing Alt-K.

   This is a fully functional copy of pE - The "perfect" Editor.

   This particular copy of pe.exe will only execute from this
   CD-ROM.  If you would like to try pE out on your hard disk
   please install using the instructions in the file README.1st.

   You can use pE to browse the contents of many of the files on
   this CD-ROM.  You can also use pE to write from the CD to your
   hard disk (or a floppy), but you may not save a file to the
   CD, since by definition CD-ROM stands for CD R(ead) O(nly)
   M(emory).

   F2 will flip between windows (Shift F2 goes the other
   direction).  Alt X exits and Alt S saves (giving you a chance
   to change the filename and destination.  To use pE without
   reading these files, type p.exe (not pe).

   We hope you enjoy using pE enough to make it a permanent part
   of your software collection.
