Printer definition file for WSSINDEX custom print utility

All lines of this file are comments until a line beginning ----.  After that,
alternate lines are comments and parameters.  See the CUSTPRNT documentation
for a description of the format allowed here.

Contributed by Art Hurlburt, typed in by RWB.  Since the DEF file was
submitted without a copy of the printer manual, I have made reasonable
guesses as to the meaning of the commands by comparing with other printers.

Commands used in this file:

  27 15 = \e 15 = condensed print (?)
  27 48 = \e \0 = 8 lines per inch (?)
  12 = form feed
