Printer definition file for WSSINDEX custom print utility

All lines of this file are comments until a line beginning ----.  After that,
alternate lines are comments and parameters.  See the CUSTPRNT documentation
for a description of the format allowed here.

Commands used in this file:

  27 64 = \e @ = reset
  27 65 6 = \e A 6 = define 6/72 inch line feed (12 lines per inch)
  27 50 = \e \2 = use the 12 lpi defined by \e A above
  27 83 48 = \e S \0 = select superscript mode (0 instead of \0 also works)
