Printer definition file for WSSINDEX custom print utility

All lines of this file are comments until a line beginning ----.  After that,
alternate lines are comments and parameters.  Printer control sequences and
other items (except for the printer name and label id string) are ascii
characters, decimal numbers, octal numbers, hexadecimal number or special
sequences preceded by a \, separated by commas or spaces.  The codes in this
file are for screen display, not for a printer.
