Printer definition file for WSSINDEX custom print utility

All lines of this file are comments until a line beginning ----.  After that,
alternate lines are comments and parameters.  See the CUSTPRNT documentation
for a description of the format allowed here.  To make it easier for people
to read the printer sequences, I have used blanks to separate characters,
and commas to separate multi-character printer commands.  Most of these
delimiters are not required by the routine which reads this file.

Generated from a donated copy of a printer manual, but not tested.

Commands used in this file:

  \e : = 12 characters per inch
  \e \0 = 8 lines per inch
  0xf = 17.1 characters per inch
  \e S 0 = superscript mode
  \e \3 18 = 18/216 inch line feed (12 lines per inch)
  0x18 = 10 characters per inch
