What is it?
~~~~~~~~~~~
Its a CLI Based clock program with many a difference! Instead of the
boring old "12:44:33" etc. It says the time how you would say it i.e.
"It's nearly half past two". This is not the only difference! The
Talking Clock (TClock) can say the time in 7 languages and even say
them in 'Elite' talk.
