This CLI utility will help you when changing batches of files to have a
new filename extention.  This is the second public release with some
more options: 
                - rename files with a frame number extention.
                
                  fe. frame.001  frame.002
                        ...
                - option to give start frame number + increment
                - option to give the basename
                
                  fe. cext myscan.#? base=cartoon1 sfr=1 inc=2
                  
                      -> cartoon1.0001  cartoon1.0003  cartoon1.0005
                            ...
