 MIS (MultiIconSystem) is a program that you can use for
copying/deleting the whole icon, the icon image and the
tooltype. And also create icons for files without
icon. It can also use the def_ icons in the env:sys/
drawer. Either automaticly by the file suffix or manualy
from a menu. And some more stuff...

- Added fontsensitive gui, and the FONT and FONTSIZE tooltypes.

 It should work with OS 2.0 or better. But I have only tested
it with 3.0.
