Short:    Forces iff-compactible programs to use picture datatypes

DTConvert is a small patch that patches DOS.Open() and DOS.Lock(), so that
every iff-compactible program (like DPaint etc.) can use picture datatypes
and reads formats like PCX, TIFF etc.

Instructions are only in german, sorry !
