WebIndexer is meant for those of us,who have to keep track of a big homepage
or similar.This program reads the <title>...</title> tags of all files
in the current dir (or subdirs) and outputs them as <a href=""></a>
tags to stdout.

This way you can create indexes by simply using webindexer and not by
keeping track by yourself which files you changed recently.The only
thing to be done is to use REAL <title>-tags to describe whats really
on this Page.
