BETA V0.01

This includes an '030 executable, along with FULL source and include
files, with the ufc-crypt() routines covered under GNU.

Purpose:
=======
Check passwd files for potential security threats from users who don't
read memos, nor listen to instructions on system integrity.

Fully ANSI-C compliant. Beta release 0.01, V1.00 will be released
should there be a large enough demand for this program.
