Allows CNet Amiga v4.20+ to automatically send posts and replies to email
addresses instead via sendmail.  This is handy for moderated newsgroups,
or mailing lists that are converted into fake newsgroups.. it allows the
user to post and reply as if it were a normal newsgroup, even though the
message is being emailed.
