Version 1.0 views and converts clipart stored in Microsoft Windows 
Metafile format into IFF/ILBM.  Does not decode all metafiles, but
works with many clipart files.

Requires 2.04+.  Designed and tested on an Amiga 2000 with 1Meg Agnus.
