Description:

     FReqServer ist just another simple Filerequestserver. I wrote because
   the one I used wasn't able to handle more than 10.000 Files and got really
    slow. It's index needed more than 1 MB! The FreqServer uses only half of
                    this... and is more than twice as fast.
