v2.20 ReVive fixes a bug when "growing" the ReViveDB file, which created holes in the database. Also added the ability to back up the user mail directories during automaintenance, instead of during l
ogoff. Also added ability to not delete the old backed up files before backing up the latest files. (This lessens the amount of disk fragmentation that occurs).
