I want to set things up so that:
> "0 menus" would show users EVERY cmd available at each menu.
> "1" would show a non-Cnet 2 column menu of the more common cmds.
> "2" would show the current brief, 1-line Cnet menus.
> "3" (Remove it.)
(These will all be displayed as menus, WITHOUT requiring the user to
always hit "?" to get them. "?" will be used as it is now; to display
help about each cmd.)

I DON'T need to support C=64 GFX, IBM GFX, Amiga Int'l, Amiga SkyPix,
ANSI colors, French, German, Multi-language, 40-columns, multi-BBSmenu,
multi-BBStext types.

(I definitely do NOT want to create/maintain full multiple BBSmenu/
BBStext files.)

I was hoping I could just create MyMain.0, MyMain.1, MyMain.2,
corresponding to each menu type.

Or edit/replace 3 lines in BBStext with "MCI display this file"
codes. BBStext:
>This line displayed for menu type #0 \*0MyMain.0\
>This line displayed for menu type #1 \*0MyMain.1\
>This line displayed for menu type #2 \*0MyMain.2\
But I don't see these lines in BBStext.
(Is everyone just guessing at what each of the *2000* lines in BBStext
do? Many can be determined by content. Many can't.)
