Don't let my long list of suggestions and criticisms regarding CNet
scare you. Literally 100s of things have been changed and improved
since that time. I just haven't had the opportunity to go back
through years of text and mark each item "ADDED" vs "NOT ADDED",
"FIXED" vs "NOT FIXED". (The author does NOT leave bugs in his
software for very long.) CNet is truly an amazing BBS. Download the
latest CNet demo and see for yourself.

Also,

I'm not sure where so many people got the impression that you should
NEVER tell a software author about problems or things you don't like
about his software. You SHOULD! It's the only way he can fix/change
them. Maybe some authors only want to hear the great comments,
nothing bad. But *real* authors love suggestions, criticisms, and bug
reports. They are welcomed with open arms.

And even more people seem to have the attitude that you should also
NEVER tell the public about the problems or things you don't like
about the software. Why not?

Do you think a perspective buyer wants to be lied to? Told "all is
fine"? Told "there are 0 bugs"? And then informed otherwise after he
spends $250.00? What's the point??? What user would want that?
Would you lie to someone that asked how you liked you new car? Maybe
get them to spend $12,000.00 for the same problems???

TELL THE PUBLIC! TELL EVERYONE! TELL THE AUTHOR!
