     I found this little doozy on some BBS.  I thought I'd share it with
you folks.  Included is an excerpt from the ReadMe file in the archive.

     This is a 3.0 datatype for PCX files - version 39.2.  This version
fixes two nasty problems with 39.1:

1) Mark/Copy to clipboard did not function correctly. This bug
   may have caused other hidden problems.

2) Correctly handles PCX files of LESS than 16 colors.
