        What does APCNames ?

APCNames is a useful utility for people who use PC disks to
interchange files between Amiga (with CrossDOS) and Macintosh
        (with AccessPC).

It implements the file mapping algorithm used by AccessPC to
map the long Mac file names to short MS-DOS file names. By that
means APCNames lets you reconstruct the original file names on
        the Amiga.

As APCNames is written in ANSI-C, it might be useful also for
UN*X users. The source is included in the archive.

What's new in this version ?

As I got bored of the "hardwired" type & creator mapping of the
former versions, I decided to make it changable. This version of
APCNames allows you to specify for which extension which type
& creator information is created. See the documentation for more
        details.
