Dear MRBackup User,

As you may be aware, MRBackup Professional was previously distributed by
TTR Development, Inc. of Madison, Wisconsin. TTR went out of business
rather abruptly, leaving customers and developers alike in a state of
confusion with regard to product support, etc. I've had to resume full
responsibility for MRBackup Professional product distribution and support
through my company, MRsoftware. Since TTR has not been forthcoming with
information relating to MRBackup Professional customer registrations, I
cannot simply contact MRBackup owners to bring them up to date. However,
each MRBackup Professional original diskette does have a serial number
which can be used for verification of authenticity. Thus, I need to
collect the original MRBackup Professional diskettes to determine my
existing customer base. This is both embarrassing and frustrating. Thank
you, TTR.

The following update offer is extended through 03/30/93:

To obtain the latest release of MRBackup Professional and to get registered
with MRsoftware, you must return your ORIGINAL MRBackup diskette plus
$10.00 cash, check or money order. Do not send checks made out to foreign
(non U.S.) banks - get a postal money order, instead. Make checks out to
MRsoftware and send your request to

    MRsoftware
    348 Indian Avenue
    Portsmouth, RI 02871

This offer also stands for REGISTERED MRBackup Shareware users. Shareware
users need not return their original disks. Please distribute this
information through any channels to which you may have access.

This is currently a one-man operation (with a little help from my wife and
my son) so please have patience. It is my sincere wish to provide you with
reliable support and a high-quality product at a very reasonable price. I
am currently employed full-time as a software consultant and work on my
Amiga ventures in the evenings and on weekends. However, I would dearly
love to pursue Amiga software development full time. With your support,
maybe it can happen. Thanks for your understanding.

Sincerely,

    Mark Rinfret
