Hi!

Please always remember that DFA is Shareware. If you want to
use it regularly, please register. Thank you.

On the diskette you'll find (beyond other things) one
version of DFA that was especially done for processors >=
MC68020, called DFA_020. Notice that you can use this
version only, if you have got an A3000 (or better) or a
socalled "turbo" board that uses a MC68020 or better. If
you try to use this version on a "normal" 68000 machine, it
will crash.

The installation of DFA is described in the manual in
further detail.

Short instructions for installation:

Copy DFA and DFA.info to a drawer of your search path, e.g.
"c:" or to "WBstartup".

If you already have registered, copy your KEYFILE to the
"s:" directory. You'll find it in the disk's s-directory!

You may (if you want) copy the "adr.file" file to the "s:"
drawer and it will be loaded during startup. If you don't,
the address list will be empty in the beginning.

If you want to use another language than English, please
copy the catalog file to "Locale/Catalogs/<language>".

Alternatively to the steps described above, you may use the
provided installer script. To do so, however, you need the
installer programm ( by Commodore).

Enjoy.
