This is the first version of mpega.library !
This library can decode MPEG 1,2 layers I, II & III to
audio pcm samples. This package contains '020 & '040
integer decoder versions and '020 & '040 floating
point decoder versions (slower, but more accurate).

This library need at least a 68020 and OS 3.0

I hope this library will encourage Amiga developers to
make great programs including MPEG Audio support !
