Sorry, but we dropped the DCC Support for AmIRC. It has a BUG which causes
Filetransfer to be slowed down to 1 KB/s. 

BenderIRC hat no problems with BlackIRC & mIRC . 

Tests show speeds BlackIRC = 20-40 kbps , mIRC 110 kbps and BenderIRC 90 kbps.

Due to this bug in AmIRC i have made some executables directly for 
AmIRC Transfers. If you wanne send to an AmIRC user, pls use this or hope that
Entity or OW have fixed that bug.

IF anyone wants to know:

- blocksize is 512 byte ( extrem slow )
- AmIrc looses AND makes packets while transfering data. 
- it has a fixed blocksize. which means if you send 1 KB you get 512 back.
- No Chance for speedup, while transferring. Sorry to say that, but mIRC has
  the same problem but it handles it much better!
