Microcode Solutions is providing a license to the information
and code examples for FUSION's InterCommunications Port (ICP) to the general
public with the following restrictions:
- This information and/or code may not be used with any
other Macintosh emulation, for any platform.
- This information and/or code may not be used in any commercial
application without the permission of Microcode Solutions.
- This information and/or code may be used in any application
that deemed public domain or shareware, with exceptions to above, as long
as you inform Microcode Solutions that you are supporting FUSION.
- Microcode Solutions retains all copyrights to this information
and/or code, and the license to use such information and/or code can be
revoked at any time without notification or reason.
- This information may not be re-distributed in any form,
including, but not limited to, telecommunications, facimiles, magnetic
media, optical media, or printed documents, without permission of Microcode
Solutions.
A limited number of samples of FUSION will be given away
to developers who would like to provide support for FUSION. You must be
a commercial applications programmer or well known shareware/PD author
to qualify.
All information contained here-in is deemed as trade secrets
and is protected by US and foreign copyright and trade secret laws.
