MasterISO - CD-R Writing

Asimware Innovations is proud to present MasterISO. This professional program allows the user to control a CD-ROM recorder in order to create custom CD-ROM and CD-Audio discs. MasterISO offers the power to meet all CD recording needs in an Amiga specific package.

The MasterISO software package includes an advanced ISO 9660 build utility which allows the user to create a universally compatible CD-ROM volume.

Options are provided to give the user control over every aspect of the ISO 9660 volume.Amiga specific support also allows for long filenames, special characters, CDTV and CD32 auto-booting.

Write CD-R disc interface

CD-Audio discs can be created with MasterISO. Digital audio data can be sourced from 16-bit CDDA, MAUD or AIFF audio files. CD-Audio discs are formatted to the Red Book standard and offer universal compatibility with standard CD players.

All aspects of MasterISO are controlled through a powerful graphical interface.

MasterISO Technical Highlights

Creates ISO 9660 compatible volumes.

Handles ISO 9660 Level 1 and Level 2 filenames.

Files can be taken from multiple sources and combined into a single volume.

Generates volume image to a DOS file or direct to a SCSI hard drive.

Uses AIFF, MAUD and CDDA 16-bit audio files. MasterISO requires the following:

Workbench 3.0 or higher (v1.24 and below);
Workbench 2.0 or higher (v1.25 and above);
compatible SCSI controller;
For Audio Discs - 650MB of HD space;
For existing ISO images - 650MB of HD space;
For system backup - 1.3 GB of HD space ;
4 MB of RAM minimum (16 MB maximum).

MasterISO supports the following CD-R drives:

Yamaha CDR-100, CDR-102;
Pinnacle RCD-202, RCD-1000, RCD-5040;
Philips CDD-521, CDD-522, CDD2000;
Sony CDU920, CDU924;
HP 4020;
Pioneer DW-S114X;
TEAC CD-R50.

MasterISO will also recognize the following CD-R drives :

Philips CDD2600
JVC 2010
Smart and Friendly 1002, 2004
Mitsumi 2401
